What Our CARF Accreditation Means
True Believers Community Connections earned the highest level of accreditation from CARF International for its children and adolescent services, case management and community youth development programs. Out of more than a thousand organizations accredited in Illinois and hundreds in Chicago, TBCC is the only organization certified for community youth development.
This prestigious recognition highlights our commitment to improving the quality of life for those we serve and showcases our ability to meet rigorous international standards of care and accountability.

Institute 2 Innovate (i2i) Capacity Building
Our executive leadership completed the i2i six‑month capacity building program sponsored by the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA). The curriculum equips community organizations with the knowledge and connections needed to address violence and improve public safety in vulnerable neighborhoods.
Through this initiative TBCC gained strategic support and investment that further strengthens our infrastructure and reinforces our commitment to serving youth and families in high‑risk communities.
