True Believers Community Connections is a 501c3 organization that was established in 2013 to empower underserved, impoverished, and underrepresented individuals and families. The organization provides supportive services, primarily education and training, to high-risk populations on their journey toward being equipped and developed as leaders. Since 2015, True Believers Community Connections has been working throughout the southside of Chicago to provide a wide variety of supportive services to strengthen our most susceptible neighborhoods. We have seen the huge impact our program has made in the lives of many young adults across multiple communities within Cook County. True Believers Community Connections serves primarily disadvantaged residents of the City of Chicago and other vulnerable populations within Cook County that share the demographics that place youth and families at risk.
